Late

The latest version of the magazine is always late, that is it always latest versions always comes after a few days after the new month has began. Why is that so?

Crashes during reading

App kept crashing - I was reading the May issue when it kept bumping me out😒 pls fix it asap cos u want readers to read ur ads n articles right...

Terrible App, wasted money

Each time I tried to read this mag the app does not register my purchases, even tho I am logged in and clicked on Restore my purchase. I had to log out and log in, only to find all my downloaded past copies of this Mag gone from my iPad, and I had to re- download this huge mag again. And this happens multiple times so I contacted customer service, only to get this response:

"We would like to inform you that the magazine will not be deleted by logging out of the application.

The application is designed such that once the magazine is completely downloaded, you will be able to read it even when offline till you archive it or delete the application.

We are sorry to inform you will not be able to cancel a purchase as in accordance with Apple’s iTunes Terms and Conditions, no refunds for purchases can be issued."

Not helpful and I'm stuck with having paid for an online Mag that I can't read without a huge broadband connection and half hrs of download each time. And I can't do anything about it because the customer service is telling me exactly that.
