Game bugged and tech support is terrible

The game is bugged in such that at one point the level monsters will not respawn. It is obviously a system bug. Wrote to the tech support 3 times yet every time they claimed it was phone network issues which I have verified it is not. They are reluctant to look further into the issue although clips have been attached to show the problem. My advice is not to spend on this game, and do not get too devoted else when come to this bugged situation the game is basically not playable. Tech support is ignorant and reply with standard answers, with denial attitude to look into issues. They don’t even bother to log into the account to validate. No apology and what so ever. Bad experience, stay away from this game for now please.

Stuck at loading 50% the game hangs with a lv99 white color belt buggy item .. pls fix it

Just not worth your time guys. The support team responded saying that I am using illegal program even though I’m not. Never in my life getting in such unfair situations. A generous players enjoy the game so much and they just suspend your account cause by their own in game bug.
