Reloading of game
The game download and apply patch every single time I start the game. The downloading part and applying patch take at least 5 mins. Pls fix this bug
A complete pay to win game
This game used to be good. But ever Since the introduction of skins. Which is set ar a ridiculous price, the game has become a complete pay to win game. They advertise the game is free to win. BUT even if you are vip 11, if you dont fork over at least 2000 euro’s to Get the neccesary skins. You wil not be able to to do Tournament or war of the Gods and beither Will you be able to climb for rank.
DONT BOTHER, the support is abysmal and they do not listen to community, Unless you have money to spend, skip this game over as ucool only cares About being greedy.

Support is not Helpful
The service desk (support) is not helpful. I have logged a case to them for more than a week and issue is not resolve. They didn’t bother to follow up or update you of the status. Because of that, I can’t play the game. One lucky thing I did is I haven’t purchase anything from them. Imagine you paid few hundreds to upgrade your skill and found out you can’t play the game.
I prepare to lost the skill and level I have accumulated over the times. What frustrated me is the support given to me
