Charge with currency exchange fee
Was using another heytea apps previously but suddenly the app can’t be use in Singapore anymore so I thought this might be a new version for Singapore but after I ordered and charge to my card, I got another charges for currency exchange admin fee! I’m using SG credit card to pay in SGD why is there an admin fee of currency exchange?
Annoying
Every tribe I want to order drink I use card and when I type in all the info. When I get the OTP whilst I’m halfway typing it crashes and says in query and then makes me redo the transaction all over again…..and this happens every time!!!it’s so annoying
No Singapore option
Then i tried using the WeChat mini program to place order, but can’t pay due to I’m not Mainland Chinese. After that i open the app to complete the order, but still nothing happened when i click pay.
