The simple interface of the Hitachi Worksafe App provides users with assistance, information and updates in a convenient, contactless and secure manner. Some of the key features:
• Self Assessment Check – Users can now electronically fill up and submit the Self Assessment forms for easier documentation and control.
• Visitor Management – allows users to pre-check in their guests prior to actual visit and provide a contactless entry into the building
• Service Request – one touch contact for App Support, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Ingress/Egress Forms, Billing Inquiries or any other service requests.
• Hotline - Provides quick access to contact details for any emergency or inquiry.
• FAQ’s – a platform for any general questions you may have.
• Surveys – Allows Hitachi to conduct surveys in order to serve users better.
