Have been using this for a year to help my grandfather who frequently gets aspiration pneumonia and has difficulty leaving the house. The app is so easy to use, and the cherry on top is the wonderful service behind the app. Had some difficulty finding a doctor recently and Hakim called me back personally twice to ensure a doctor was found. Thank you so much, cannot recommend this app more.

Im always wondering if there’s a way to get MC cert without leaving the house? Sometimes all we just need is rest or we already have enough paracetamols at home. I am so so glad i found this app!! No more queueing at the clinic while you’re having a headache, dizziness, and other minor illnesses! Thanks to the people who made this happen. Highly reco!
Need to call them to make amendments

And it’s very hard to get to talk to someone over the phone. Only the sales team picks up and they can’t do amendments to help you. Nobody picks up if you are an existing customer and it says they will call you back within 3 working days when u need them to amend their mistake with your booking so u can look for a carer in 2 days. I was told by a care provider that the available appointments do not show up so they don’t know they are available for bookings so it leaves us feeling nervous after paying for 40hrs and only 2 or 3 appointments taken up. I won’t recommend this. It has been so frustrating for me.
