Worst service with no accountability
I ordered a food delivery and after 45 minutes wait I contacted the help center. I was told it’s on its way and should reach me in 30 minutes.
I also raised my concerns that I couldn’t see the order in my history, I was told to log out and log in again. I did exactly that, but no order in my order history.
When delivery didn’t show up after 20 minutes, I contacted the help center again. I was told to wait for 20 minutes and that the rider was on his way.
10 minutes later I received a call and I was told my order was a pick up order and not a delivery order. I told her that couldn’t be true because although my block n street number were already in the delivery address box, I was prompted to input my floor and unit number, which I did. Despite that the help center insisted that the overlook was on my part.
I was home, sick and with a 6 year old. I couldn’t really travel to pick up the food, so I asked to cancel the order and for a refund to my card.
After the call I went back to the app again and took screenshots of the steps which clearly show there was no option to choose for delivery or pick up. Also on the confirmation screen the “deliver to” address was clearly shown. I emailed it to the help center.
It has been a week and there have been no refunds, no follow ups, no acknowledgement or responses to my email.

Wine club discounts & no link points poor choice & stock
It's been over a year they just seem to be too lazy to work it out with NTUC Fairprice
If you order wine or alcohol And if you are a member of the wine club that entitles you to 10% discount Honestbee will not process that for you.
Even though all the shopper has to do is show a screen shot of the wine card to the cashier which they accept at check out but Honestbee has repeatedly refused putting the blame on Fairprice that they don't have a system in place for this, which is not true
Secondly they don't link your Ntuc plus points card too imagine how many link points we lose!
Why can't it be linked to the app if they can link your credit card why not the link card?? Giant is able to link the Passion card then why not Honestbee
They are just lazy
The Fairprice at Punggol plaza is never adequately stocked it's far from my premises I have two other Fairprice including an Ntuc finest 10 mins from my place yet the shopper shops from the Punggol plaza outlet history repeats itself as half the items are not available or out of stock & extremely poor choice!!
If u get another better alternatives by all means use it & delist from these guys it's quite a useless company!
Beware of laundry service
First time user, sent in a tie for "premium dry cleaning" and paid extra for it. Initial collection and delivery was good and on time but tie came
back with 2 stains. Reported the issue, customer service was satisfactory and a re-collection was arranged and done with no problems.
But when it came to the re-delivery, was only informed by customer service after the delivery cut off that they can't make it. Arbitrarily gave me a new time slot without confirming with me and this was all done over email, without the courtesy of a phone call.
Replied that the new time slot is not acceptable as I have my own schedule and told them when I will be available but poor delivery guy was never informed and made a wasted trip. Hope he was paid.
Again, customer service offers a new time slot over email as the one I wanted was full. I was agreeable and replied in affirmative but never got a reply. On the day of re-delivery, it was an hour late.
Worst is, the tie stains were not completely removed and had acquired a new stain. Even worse, the label behind the tie is half torn off. So much for "premium" service... I didn't pay peanuts but I got monkeys nonetheless.
