Using Iphone XS max cannot top up with credit card payment.
I have an issue with Topup payment using Credit card fromIphone XS Max.
Once press credit card icon payment then popup screen “Sorry we are unable to process your transaction.
If using old iphone 7 did not encounter any problem. I can top up using credit card.
Please fix the issue.
Pay Bill feature broken?
After i tap on it, it shows a blurred screen without anything appeared. Reinstalling the app still same.
Payment cannot be done
the app keeps loading at topup payment “fill in email address page” restarted, uninstalled & installed, switched to another phone but still encountered the same problem. Not convenient to use if topup cannot be done through the app.
