Booked for two massages and only 1 showed up

If your company does not have enough massage therapists (in my house area), the app should not allow 2 bookings at one time. I had recently booked one women’s 120mins massage and one men’s 120mins massage, both for 2pm. The app showed “confirmed” but only 1 massage therapist showed up. Had to call their customer service about it and the operator said that they will check and call me back after. But all of a sudden, a booking for 4pm came up on my app. Just doesn’t make sense. Please look into this issue. Thank you.

Hi Geri. Thank you for informing us of this issue. We have reviewed your booking history on 8th Sep. 2018, we understood that you wanted to be served by two therapists at the same time. We apologised for not being clear enough on our app that one booking with multiple services will be served by one therapist. If client wants to be served with two therapists at the same time, client needs to make two separate bookings instead of one booking with multiple quantity.
