The latest version is suffering from serious connectivity issues. If you minimise the app or multitask for a few minutes, the app resets the connection resulting in constant error messages such as “There was an error communicating with the server”, “Please wait while reconnecting” upon returning to the app. It’s very frustrating and wastes a lot of time. The connection timeout is simply too short.

Edit: this issue seems to have been resolved in the subsequent update.

I have been using this app for trading, no fantastic chart, but it does all the need for a mobile app, and order is able to be placed pretty fast with minimum input. One improvement that could be made is to allow multiple devices log in at the same time.

I have been unable to buy GME shares since you removed the option for us to buy it, only allowing us to sell it, while telling us it is to protect retail investors from volatility.

Meanwhile, your chairman has said that he has done so because the company believes GME should remain at a price of $17. This is plain market manipulation and should be illegal. He has also said that it is to protect the company, which is another contradiction from “protecting retail investors”.

It should be our freedom to trade whichever ticket we desire as during the 2008 financial crisis, big institutions and brokers were bailed out rather than retail investors who saw huge losses. Where was the protection you gave to retail investors?

In short, this is plain market manipulation to drive the price of GME done instead of letting the stock run up like it would naturally. An influx of retail investors should not be considered market manipulation as people are buying it because they expect the stock to rise in price, out of their own volition.
