Absolutely resourceful - A must have for all life long learners
The app is great, I have not experience any difficulties with it. Its minimalistic and simple design allowed for lesser distractions and more focus on the videos.
It would be great to add a community feature, for users to interact, comment on videos and engage with each other.
Gets the jobs done
It has the offline download function which I like.
I wish there could be a filter function based on year of speech, and length of video. The number of videos that appears after a search is also limited to ten.
Finally, the algorithm that recommends additional videos for watching should be more adaptive. It should recommend you more videos by a particular person (eg bill gates) or on a particular topic (eg global health or philanthropy) after one is watched.
Good educational video with a bit problem
I watched Ted talks for years and recently get iPad then downloaded this app.
Apparently the app has some problem in doing Picture in Picture feature. It will show a bit of video then it will close all the way although the video sound is still running.
Please fix this
