Bad customer service and app does not work
My app has not been working for past 2 weeks. I have written to customer service atleast 7 times and they come up with ridiculous solutions like refunding $5 to me got 2 month’s subscription and providing solutions like “may be you need to change your phone” with a ridiculous pre-generated signature that goes like “...you are our valued customer blah blah..”, well I definitely feel very far from valued. I have tried my app on iPhone XS and Huawei Pro 30 and it does not work on both. The worst app support ever! If there was a way of giving 0 stars, I would.
Is it just me or there's no wishlist or fave? Add this feature pls.
The grocery delivery has been extremely useful!
I mean I subscribed to Prime Now since they dropped the subscription fee and it has some of the holiday item list at a lower price..but I wished they had at least added the full top 100 lists or the popular picks..but nope they didn't and that was disappointing... Don't know how they curate on what to include and what not to include..but definitely need more items
Limited products & accessibility restraints
Overall, the app is okay. What would really attract more customers, is to expand BOTH local and US product ranges. Limiting shopping experience only through the app will lose you customers as well, as many would much prefer the ease of shopping through a browser instead of an app.
Lastly, can we work out something to allow for preordering?
