I’m writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the handling of my recent account funding issue. As a long-standing user of over 15 years, I expect a higher level of service, especially when it comes to transactions involving significant amounts.I funded my account, which was acknowledged by your WhatsApp chatbot, customer service helpline, and an auto-generated email confirmation. However, my account has not been updated, and it's been over a week since the issue was escalated by your CSO. The delay has resulted in my trading positions being closed, causing significant financial losses.The lack of follow-up and communication from your team is unacceptable, especially considering the substantial amount involved (a 6-digit sum). In trading, timing is everything, and delays like this can have severe consequences.

If the mobile application (especially on iPad) is unstable, it should seriously do a quick review and overhaul if it still wants traders to use its app. Else, just stick with the desktop/web version until app issues are resolved. How can you expect to execute trades, when after selecting a trade pair, the charts don’t appear and you’ll need to “exit and re-enter” to view the charts? Who trades like that?Also, responses from the support team takes at least 24 hours (best effort) to come back to you. Feels like “taking money from you is quick, but providing a service to you is slow”. Personally, I think platform instability equates to potential high success rate for a cyber attempt. Either fix the app, or remove the app totally to avoid such risks.

As someone who has used MT5 for a while, I am shocked to see that both the IG App and the official alternative, MT4, are so different. Cannot: - use app to place a buy stop order on the chart - view the overnight fees for FX, gold, etc. - view past transactions on chart- place buy stop or sell stop orders on KO trades (these are not same as stop loss orders)- place buy limit orders, nor sell limit orders for KO trades- view charts by their exchange time, and not superimpose every chart to follow SG’s time (other brokers and even tradingview displays time according to the instrument’s exchange)For signals, does IG display the signal history for trigger % and profitability? Does IG track the accuracy of its signals (% trade that are triggered, % trade that is profitable, % risk / reward for each triggered trade)? If yes, where can this specific info be found?For an app with so many CANNOTs, I’m amazed they are pushing this app out like this.
