相比其它网站，东西便宜，而且送货也快，服务态度也很好，会及时处理客户反应的问题，有需要的东西都会上去找找看，几乎都有很满意的产品，希望经常搞大优惠活动。
I Herb orders
I Herb logistics management is very efficient. I have full visibly upon placing my order as to the whereabout my product is in the supply chain. It is typically issued from HK or Korea to Singapore and delivery is super fast. Upon reaching Singapore their local distributor will text me on the delivery. Overall for a mix and match item, this level of performance is excellent. Secondly the packaging is proper to prevent damage and the delivery has often been flawless. Meaning what i order is what i get without the trouble to recycle with supplier for shortage or damage. Thirdly my payment method is via PayPal which is secured and i do not need to review my personal details. Fourthly i usually buy upto 60$ and there is no delivery charges. As all knows this cost is significant but absorbed by iHerb. The only downside which needs improvement is their local logistics company. The service provider in several occasions texted me that products would be delivered by end of day but did not turn up. This wasted my entire day waiting and made me concern if they were send to the wrong address. They however were delivered the next day. This is bad forecast, over committing and under deliver. Overall i herb doing a great operation but please look into my feedback above. i am always on the look out for good buys
