Customer support not responsive

Customer support not responsive. Tried email, Facebook and using app. Not very helpful

What is the specific problem? Please also submit screenshots and operation videos of relevant pages to us through the help and feedback of the app.

Very disappointing

I bought 2 camera, however the app is very very buggy.. Each time when I try to log in, I creates new user profile. Ridiculous
