it would make it a lot more convenient and better if the access pass , name verification , vip , etc. could be purchased in the app . that would be great to have ! hope you would take this idea into consideration !
Disappointed Acc on Hold
My acc was on hold due to inactivity for sometime and I been contacting the customer servis for assistance.
As it was opened 14 years ago when I am still 18, I couldn’t remember my original email address and credit card uses to make purchases as it wasnt mine and I am no longer in touch with that person.
I feel disappointed and IMVU customer service kept asking me for the same informations (original email and credit card nombor) regardless of a few times attempt to get back my account and even I been asking for other alternatives of verifications.
Even google offers more options to do verifications not just insisting on that same methods.
Its truly disappointed and to all of you out there, learn from this lesson becareful and do not ever let them put your account on hold.
Lose money or data
Anyone can disable your IMVU account or freeze your credits when you spend money on this you’ll only end up making a loss. If you want to get your account back, IMVU makes you send in personal information to retrieve your account
The people on the IMVU committee can also be very abusive and racist yet but the report function does not take care of such issues
