Make it apple friendly

IHC should be able to create scheduled timer to turn on lights without having to repeat the process of creating the schedule. IHC should also make this app available on the apple watch as well as allowing siri to control the functions too then it’d be great

Role based

This app is okay but I would suggest the following ;
1) people that I invite should be restricted to full access of the application. For example they should not be able to configure scenes or add new devices. They are simply a guest
2) in the scene menu we should be able to categories or bundle scenes. For example I would have a scene for the living room; when I click on that window I would get all my configured scenes for that room or location.
Do these and it will be perfect. But the role based access is really required. I’m having guest deleted and edit when they should only have ability to “use only”
3) also the devices keep on showing as "offline" why is this the case? Which means I have to keep on registering the apps which is very annoying!

Google Home & Alexa not working

The app's support section does not work. No ability to contact support. I bought 5 RM3 units and hoping that they would work with Google Home and Alexa but nothing works. I add the skill and correctly set everything up, including ensuring all devices are set up, but once you correctly go through authorization in adding a new skill nothing comes up. Google Home and Alexa app show no devices. Also even after it is confirmed that the link is successful between IHC and Google/Alexa, the skill disappears again. Guys, if you are serious about home automation then it should not be rocket science to get it sorted out.

What email do I use to contact Support? Someone from support has written but not provided a way to get in touch. The link provided by Apple to reach developer goes to a 404 page.
