This application is the first AR-constructor of InterioStAR company, which serves for visualization of sliding doors and interior dividers of 3 main types: with top track, top+bottom tracks and stationary. The application allows to choose a place for installation and create a visual object (sliding doors or room dividers) in customer's interiors. Thereby, it is suitable for observing a virtual product in the selected room with real-time lifelike visualization. The application is suitable for furniture factories and shops, design bureaus, interior and finishing companies, as well as for private entrepreneurs and individual customers. Visualized with InterioStAR, products (room dividers and sliding doors) solve the following tasks:
• zoning of premises;
• projecting branches of niches, openings and dressing rooms;
• elaborating design of sliding doors for built-in and cabinet sliding wardrobes;
• installing stationary dividers in residential and office premises.
The main feature of our application is that customers are able to take part in the process of designing their own property, instead of trying to fit product templates with standard sizes and characteristics. Depending on the results of measurements (the first step of the application), the type of product and the proposed materials, the user can create an endless number of combinations of the final design. The application’s constructor allows the following:
- choice of the type of room dividers and the number of doors depending on a clearance width;
- installation of dividers for combining door panels;
- selection of different types of materials for door panels, both one-sided and double-sided
- choice of the types and colors for selected profiles (door frames);
Such capabilities provide vast benefits for potential users of the application, who could use it for such business purposes as:

The application is based on modern LIDAR technology which takes and processes information about object positions with help of the SLAM method, and which operates without using special markers. This manner allows to measure distances and helps to create 3D objects in any room with acceptable lighting conditions. This technology has been successfully implemented on Apple devices, such as iPhone 11 Pro/Pro Max and higher and iPad Pro 2020 and higher.
