What is TABATA?
Tabata is a high-intensity interval training workout with alternating sets of intense exercise and short rest periods. A typical Tabata workout consists of 20 seconds of exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 8 rounds.

Simple effective HIIT app

Wonderful app when it worked on my Apple Watch. Since the latest update to the watch OS it doesn’t start at all.

Nice app

Good simple app for doing sprints. But I do not like the fact that it stops Spotify from playing once I open Intervals app. If you can suggest a solution to that, I’ll give you 5 starts.

Love the app and the customization. Would give 5 stars if it didn't stop music from playing in the background
