Good choice
Great app and highly addicting! It also comes with a great customer support. I contacted them about a problem that kicked me out of the game while being close to winning. I reported the problem with evidence expecting to only receive a ticket for compensation, but they ended up refunding me back!
Irresponsible
There was a problem with the machine when the prize has been stuck. No staff comes to assist and the customer service has told me that cannot be assisting because the spending has not been reached even though the prize is stuck and non-moveable. Since I have spent so much previously, I have to continue spending to catch “air” until they can earn enough, then the staff started to assist.
The second incident is when the prize fall, the arm length becomes insufficient to reach the prize. They say this is not considered as winning. The staff came to assist, but the staff move the prize away from the original position instead of retain it at same position before it falls, the staff intentionally makes it much harder to get so that they can earn more!
Awesome App!
I LOVE this app! I was introduced to Toreba by a friend, but it lagged too much for me to even catch anything. Then after changing to an iPhone I found this app. It has barely been a month of downloading it but I have already caught 3 items on 2 occasions!
The only downside would be that there is no free shipping once per week like Toreba. If you could include that I'd be grateful, but for now it is perfect.
