A paid subscription also allows you to create and solve an unlimited amount of your own custom puzzles, and turns off ads in the game. You can still watch ads for additional Jigsaw Credits, if you so choose.
You may choose a subscription plan according to the price and duration. The prices are $6.99 per week, $19.99 per month, or $139.99 per year or equal to the same price in other currencies. The subscriber's iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed.
The one-week free trial is an introductory offer that automatically rolls into a paying subscription. If you cancel before the end of the free trial period, you will not be charged. If you choose to upgrade or downgrade during the free trial period, please take notice that you will forfeit the remainder of the free trial.
In the case of canceling your subscription, you will lose all the benefits described above and all downloaded subscription packs will be temporarily blocked. You may unlock them at any time by renewing a subscription or purchasing a separate puzzle pack.
Where applicable and subject to exception, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.
Payment will be charged at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews for the same price and duration period as the original package, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours in advance to the end of the current period. Purchasers can manage their subscription and turn off automatic renewal in their Account Settings. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, which will identify the cost of renewing your subscription.

Fun game
Good jigsaw puzzle game, the best is able to continue existing puzzle without internet connection. Nice photos/paintings with details for more pieces to play with. Been playing over 2 years.
The main problem is everytime when i try to delete completed puzzles to free up memories, the app always hang and do not let me do this. If i cant delete completed puzzles i have no choice but to uninstall the app.

Cannot load after the recent upgrade
This jigsaw puzzle app is my favourite amongst all the apps in the App Store. Bought many packages and specially love those paintings by artists such as Chris Bigelow, Dominic Davison, Steve Crisp etc
Been playing this game for almost 2 years. Every day I wait excitedly for the free daily puzzle to appear. And quickly grab it before it is replaced.
But after the recent upgrade 10 days ago, the app could not load and froze upon opening. Opened 3 tickets and all were closed without resolution. Very sad and unhappy with the support.
Is there really no solution?
Great Game
I like jigsaw puzzles and this app is one of the most enjoyable. However now I can’t get it working as it hangs. Sometimes it opens to the home page then starts to auto open up the days free puzzle then after a second the whole app stops and hangs. How do I fix this problem. Miss playing. Do I deleted the app and reinstall? Does it mean the puzzle history is gone? Are we meant to delete the completed puzzles ?
