KBZ mBanking 4+

KBZ bank only care their business even Myanmar is in critical state. They are on the side of Myanmar state sponsored Terrorists who killed their own citizens. They don’t care to maintain their customer service who come and take out money and close the account. Instead they called security and hang over the customers to the polices for no reason. In international, customers have all the rights to take out the money and close the account. Even they said that they don’t call security, they also don’t serve the customer with what they need. This is the failure of banking service and system. Beware and don’t save your money in this kind of Bank. They also don’t let their staffs to do CDM which human right and they totally should have a choice what to do. Even oversea bank transfer, KBZ is not the recommended bank which already warned from DBS bank Sg. We still can transfer money to other banks like AYA but, not KBZ. Means how not worthy of this bank. Beware and careful everyone. Don’t get cheated. Why do u need to give your money and save which is not safe? In this critical situation, all you need is money and they hold all your money and not let you take out. Is it worth? Think by urself 🙏

The bank keep doing maintenance of the app almost daily yet never get better . In fact always make customer feel of desperation when about to transfer money . Easily get locked for no reason . One of the bank that taken big advantage to customers during national crisis time . Nevertheless at least make your app improve in serving customers . App and counter staffs has same attitude

Now i m staying at oversea USA when i sign up with usa phone registration was not successful . Why can not use international phone number . Why only accept myanmar phone number starting 09xxxxxxxx. I cannot able to use myanmar phone number in usa cos unable to registered network ,so that unable to get roaming .Please kindly review your application software for improvement to provide service smoothly to kbz value customer.
