The pick up timing displayed in the apps is not accurate and must wait longer than walk in order. You can’t beat Luckin Coffee 🙄
Can’t access app without secure wifi
I’ve given multiple feedback that I cannot use the app anywhere but in my own home even though I’ve done everything - enable data, delete and reinstall etc… I have so many vouchers that I have absolutely no way of retrieving for use. Very upsetting and ruining my perception of the brand tbh.
Lousy app location
Downloaded the app at jewel and made an order but the location was set at T2 instead. Staff did not bother one bit at all. Good luck fighting with Luckin. You’ll be gone in a Flash
