Order and pay with a touch of your finger from wherever you are – at a KFC restaurant for a dine-in meal, on your way home for a takeaway order, or where you’re at with the the food delivered to you. Bid goodbye to long queues!

When your piping hot order is ready for collection, a notification will be sent to your mobile phone. Just flash your order number at the pick-up counter to collect your order.

Simply register an account to start browsing the menu. Plus, get first dips on new promotion and exclusive rewards. Enjoying Finger Lickin' Good food has never been so easy! This service is now available at selected stores island wide.

Under appreciated app

I stumbled across this app a year ago and honestly, buying KFC has never been the same. Probably used it a dozen time to get both eat in and pick up orders. Has worked perfectly so far and every order has been waiting for me when I reach KFC. The reviews seem overwhelmingly bad cos people only review it when things go wrong but not when it works as expected. Haven’t seem Macs or any other fast food place match this yet. And I don’t think people get how much easier life is when you don’t have to wait in the god awful Qs after your done working 10 hours and just want to go home with some fried chicken. Never buying kfc again

Horrible. Ordered at 6.08pm and expected delivery time was 7.08pm. At 7.08, order tracker said that it was still at step 1: we got your order :) out of the 4 steps. Called kfc customer service and the woman told me, “we’re experiencing abit of a delay, can u wait 30 more minutes, I’ll get the manager to call you.” No one called me and expectedly 30mins later, tracker still on step 1. Called kfc customer service again, guy this time, just said “I’ll get the manager to call u, and IMMEDIATELY hangs up”. Now it’s 8.45pm, close to 3 hours, calls the customer service again and they tried to say the exact same thing, it was only while they were being yelled at by my Father that they took the initiative to ACTUALLY got the manager to call, and she did. And she couldn’t come up with a single excuse as to why delivery was not made within the past 2 hours. Horrible customer service.

Inconvenient for first time users

The queue was not long at all, and the staff approached me to try out their app. I gave it a try since I was not rushing to get my lunch. It took approximately an additional 5-10mins to download the app, add the order to cart, and add credit/debit card details. Ordering at the counter could have taken less than 5mins.

After placing my order through the app, I waited for my order. The order tracker is practically useless because it does not update when your food is ready. I waited for quite long while I see other people getting their orders first.

Not bad, but definitely needs improvement. Thus, 3 stars.
