KK day

I have booked 3 tours on different date. All arrangements are smoothly arranged. Just print out the vouchers and show to the counters . I think this is at least 4 to 5 stars service and provide with reminder by email few days in advance. Love this service and will highly recommend to friends who are going overseas to book the service.

KKday is unreliable and unprofessional

The website was showing the slot we wanted was available and it allowed us to book. Few days later KKday came back informing us that that date is unavailable and suggested another date but went ahead to charge my credit card anyway when in fact there isn’t any availability. The published information was inaccurate, and we weren’t planning to stay at that place for a week we couldn’t have reschedule our entire travel plan to accommodate kkday’s calendar. On top of the inconvenience that they have cause due to their incompetency and inability to update their information accurately , I was using an overseas credit card, the refund came a week or so later and I have lost SGD120 due to the fx lost. KKday is being irresponsible and unprofessional and my lost was due to nothing but KKday’s lack of ability to run an organisation in an acceptable standard.

False marketing labeled “Instant Confirmation”

Booked a product labeled instant confirmation for an attraction for next day on the go. Decided to book with KKday as it indicate “Instant confirmation” on the product screen placement.

To my horror the next day still require me to submit valid credit card confirmation slip to ensure I’m booking it. Took some time off my vacation to reply. After reply, mentioned the payment is now processing. I thought all will be settled and will be receiving the issued e-vouchers soon. Nothing is smooth with this booking process as it came back saying it’s sold out.

Reason being all product sold on that particular product are “first come first serve”. I’ve never seen such rude customer service which don’t understand “instant confirmation” yet keep citing “first come first serve”

Eventually they took my payment, wasted my time. Not able to produce what they promised and made a refund back with accounted for fx losses. Till today after more than a week it’s still not settled.

The top management need to review all marketers “promised” of instant confirmation as it’s a fraud marketing team.
