WhatsApp messenger service is cool
I was pleasantly surprised when I received a confirmation by WhatsApp messenger of my flight itinerary. It is indeed very innovative of KLM to leverage on social media as a means of communication. Keep it up!
Bug in trip summary
Reported this bug a few months back but not fixed.
The trip summary dates are incorrect. Doesn’t show the same date in the summary list as compared to the actual date.
