Great app to monitor kid’s progress in Math
I am happy to enroll myself as one of the early users of this app. This app helps to provide me insights on how my kid is progressing and also ability to analyze her strength and weakness based on the exercises she had taken. This feature enables me to zoom into specific area of focus that I can help my kid instead of going through all the areas randomly.
Looking forward for more features - like average time taken per question and number of attempts per question. It will further help me to determine those not so strong area where I can also emphasize to strengthen my kid’s understanding.
Cannot see child’s progress, App doesn’t work
The screenshots you see in the preview of the app doesn’t show on the app. Customer service can’t resolve it either. During the trial period when you email them, they responded. After signing up and paying for the subscription, customer service no longer response to fix the problem. Child does the work but progress is not shown. The page shown in the preview doesn’t even exist on the app! This KooBits app is not helpful.

I have contacted customer service for about 2 months and this is the standard reply I receive.
