Always error

Chosing some restaurant due to this apps, but when paying end up error and cannot use. Some more the money now are on pending status as the error happen during payment. Its happen few times already. Getting 0 kris point and money stuck on pending status. Really bad user experience!

Not fully accepted by merchants and returns not high in terms of miles

I used to do the challenges in app. But due to monthly changes of type of challenges ie certain amount of spending increased, no more weekly checkin and less miles from some merchants. I find myself not able to use kris+ to make payment since some merchants withdraw their participation while those newly merchants are those not common brands. Although krisshop is included but not all stuff I want from physical duty free shop is listed in there. So end up when I travel I still buy from duty free shops instead.

The app suppose to reinstate the checkin weekly but hasn’t reappear in app and no update in app. So probably due to cny festive that make the developer or company forget to add back. Hopefully it will come back soon and don’t drop any further in terms of miles back from weekly checkins

Where is the “earn” button?!

2 weeks ago I was able to earn miles at a partner by clicking on “earn” button under the Wallet tab. Now suddenly the “earn” button has disappeared from the app. How should those who pay by cash / physical card (not Apple Pay) rightfully earn their miles then?

Also merchants are usually clueless about how to use the app, saying there’s “no such partnership” because they think we are trying to use promotions when all we are trying to do is earn miles for the amounts we have ALREADY paid them. Part of successful adoption of the app includes the users (both merchants and customers) knowing how to use it properly, does it not?

Do share with us any feedback you have for our merchants and we will be happy to follow up. Do also note that earning of KrisPay miles will only be allowed through seamless payments made directly on Kris+ with Apple Pay on iOS. Earning of KrisPay miles with physical cash/card payments is no longer available at all merchant outlets as of 1 Sep 2021. Thank you.
