It’s impossible!

I thought if I don’t use real money it will be fine. Since google says its not pay to win. But my luck is extremely bad so I can’t get gold equip and have no choice but to buy in trade. Moreover, when I did my awakening, they said it was even harder than before the update. And worse, there is a bug at the 3rd/4th stage where the shield does not work. And the last stage is just.. impossible cause if the timer...

Infuriating design

The core concept is fine, the graphics and gameplay has nothing that is anti-consumer. However, the server and character system, that requires work. What do you mean a character is locked to a single server? This trait is basically shared with every cash-grab mobile game out there, and i really do not want to classify you guys under that umbrella term of bad games.

Please, just make characters multi-server. Lets say person ‘A’ cash $50 into a server, but since you guys release servers on the daily, that server ‘A’ plays in would be dead in a matter of a month, maybe longer. This would make all cashing redundant as you are playing a online game alone. This practice is extremely anti-consumer, and i really do hope you change this.

The server level cap and stuff is great, but rather than lock characters into servers, how about impose a transfer cap? A character can only transfer to a server where the cap is equal to or lower than your character level. This way there would not be a lv 69 character in a server of lv 40s. Simple and fair.

To sum up, just redo the server-character link system. Thanks.

Beware when topping up

The p2w is very evident in the game. But putting that aside, beware when you topup. They don’t give you x2 spirals as they promise to and they find all sorts of reasons. First they said I topped up the tier already, then they said the event ended. After that they revert to saying they are sure I made the purchase. I gave them all the credit card transactions and date. They are unable to point out when I topped up. And then they no longer respond after that.

There is no event for topping up each tier to get double exp. you get double exp when you top up a certain tier for the first time.

Worst part is, I topped up the most expensive pack and did not get double reward as they promised on their website topup page. (Lower tiers works just fine) this is a scam to make you pay for higher tier but not rewarding as promised.

Total scam.

Edit; customer service claims the 200 dollar tier and 300 dollar tier are “same tier”. 100 dollar difference but “same tier” with ZERO indication. Scammer company. Most of the ratings are fake as discovered by Taiwanese forumers. Beware!
