Not able to register

The app requires a Clinician Code to register and I have not idea what that means. Searching does not give any results 😭

The Clinician Code is a unique 12 digit alphanumeric code assigned to each clinician who sign up with Lifehub+ to offer ConnectedCare services. An individual is required to provide this unique Clinician code at the time of subscription to assign the Clinician as the registered Care team for the individual. This provides the clinician with access to the individual's health data, so that they can provide guidance on how individuals can stay well.

Currently, the Clinician Code is not available on the LifeHub+ website and will only be provided by our GP partners directly to eligible users, but if still keen to register please drop an email to support@lifehub.sg and we shall assist you with the next steps.
