Form teams of Identities and equip them with an arsenal of E.G.O that will create powerful synergies.
Your foes come armed with a variety of Affinity-based attacks and tricky effects.
In particular, Abnormalities are formidable foes that may prove to be considerable challenges.
Learn their behavior and weaknesses, and compose the right team to eventually conquer them.

A review of limbus company
An honest reveal on limbus company is that it’s HARD. If you don’t know key functions or how a certain effect works, your entire team may just die in a few turns. Not only that, but some enemies are overall just UNFAIR. So, if you don’t have good identities, you may struggle on bosses like Dongbaek (canto 4), Ricardo (Canto 5), and the Whale + The trio in the Canto 5 dungeon. Please pay attention to all your major functions, EGO, uptying, dispense and Lunacy. But overall, if you have a decent team, good identities and a bunch of Lunacy, the game will be overall quite enjoyable and have some fun combat. Do note that the difficulty spike on this game is no joke, and one time you could have a dominating clash and still lose. For all new players, I suggest you watch on guides, or have friends that play limbus company to help you.
Do note that the friending procedure in this game also has benefits, like support characters.

An amazing game
This game is beautiful. The world building is great and the characters aren’t immediately lovable, which makes it even better. Watching characters I didn’t use to like develop and slowly turn into my favourite character was amazing, the combat is great too. I heard there were optimisation issues, but aside from one or two frame drops, I don’t experience them at all, even on a crappy iPhone I 100% recommend giving this game a try, amazing story, Great combat and a extremely interesting cast of characters Don’t let the fact that it’s a gacha scare you, either. You can actually grind for units instead of relying on RNG, and even if you want to gacha, the rates are extremely generous compared to other gacha games like genshin and blue archive
