What happened to the background music? It’s a big part of the experience that has since gone mostly missing for first few episodes of OTBS, Chiaki’s route (I didn’t test the rest).
Lost all my data FOREVER.
I loved all the stories - especially Masquerade Kiss which they had released recently in the few years. I have been with Voltage Inc. for a long while, ever since the first few of their stories releases has come out such as Kiss of Revenge. Spent a few thousands on this game because I was such a fan of it. Well - not anymore. After today, the disastereous and complicated ‘transfer Data’ bs ended my account’s legacy. Lost all of my progress, my stories I have purchased, my VIP event items + monthly subscription, my profile that I cherished a lot, my coins and my hearts. All have disappeared due to the garbage system this game has and I am unable to retrieve any of these things back. Beware if you are a new player and want to continue with this app. Forget your user/password? Say goodbye to your account FOREVER. Accidentally merged it with another account? SAY GOODBYE TO IT TOO! Amazing how they are unable to access their own ‘encrypted’ server to retrieve people’s accounts and profiles back. A small thing such as this can lose many of your customers quickly, Voltage. Thank You for giving us amazing stories for many of us to enjoy and lovely memories of these sweet boys, but it isn’t enough. Goodbye! Sayonara!! 🤮✌🏻

I’ve been using this app for a long time, way before Love Brings You Home came out. I’m just a ugly girl who likes reading love stories to make me feel better. I don’t spend money on games so i rely on the free stories each month and i think you could shorten the timing to change the free stories as one month is very long. I used to exchange coins for hearts for the love choice story but now only can pay money and i hope you bring back coins exchanging for hearts. I love the new stories coming out but love choices make readers unable to read it again. Maybe you can change the love choice to coins after a certain period of time and those who spent hearts reading the story will not have to pay coins. I hope you update the old stories more often as it’s been so long since i’ve seen an update for Love Brings You Home :(
