Product’s quality is worst and Terrible

Bought a belt from Lussocitta in Feb’22. When I just wanted to use it for my first time today, I realised that the leather has peeled off. The feedback from the customer service is “it’s a very common issue, and it’s hard for them to do anything”. Will never support again !!

Thank you for leaving us a review. Lussocitta provides a 35 days return, if you realised the product has problem when you receive it, we feel more than happy to assist you. 
However, we realised the order was placed more than 2 months from a third party platform. Which exceeded the return period of the platform. After analysing the photo you provided, we also realised the product tag and hook had been removed, it didn't match the information you provided as "first time open the box and realised the leather is peeling". We had explained it maybe due to improper storage caused the peeling. It is very important to store leather goods in cool and dry place to keep them in good condition. "It's very common issue" we meant improper storage caused the damage, it doesn't mean that the leather peeling is common. This is the very first case that the leather was peeling in a very unusual way. When leather is peeling, it will be separated from the leather goods, however there is no leather was separated from the product you purchased, but the edges of the product were partially turned white and looked like it was corroded. It is our responsibility to make sure our customers are satisfied with our products as well as our services. We responded to your request within minutes and tried our best to see if we can do anything to help. We even contacted the original brand to seek for help. Unfortunately, in this special case we were unable to help since the condition of the product was not as same as when it was shipped out. The damage caused was too serious to recover too.
