Scott the best driver we’ve ever had
We love our ride with Scott. A totally entertaining, informative and resourceful guide, we had our ride’s worth of pictures and information from Scott. We’re now armed with new travel destinations thanks to him for tomorrow :)
Poor support and help team
Lyft makes it impossible to give feedback. I started support chat in the app and first Kimberly attends to me. After I described the problem I was redirected to Mary. I described the problems again, and asked will I receive any outcomes on my feedback from Lyft team. Mary replied with no it will be a general help for the platform.
If you are just setting up a support team to show that you have support team instead of solving real concerns. I would suggest just dismissing the team and save some operational cost.
Impossible to register a credit card from overseas
visited the states and tried to sign up for lyft. the app was unable to verify either of my credit cards, and i couldn’t find my overseas bank in the list of “register my bank account” options. so i went with Uber instead and had no issues whatsoever (indicating it was an app problem and not my own general incompetence). is lyft a good service? i have no idea. i never got past step one.
