Functional app. Would have rated higher if they supported non-local credit cards (with 3D Secure).
UI/UX still needs a lot more work.
Bad application response
This application is only good at one thing: delivering info what's on Cinema 21 to your phone. That's it! Basically it is only a wrapper for information they put on their web.
I'm very disappointed with the way the mtix works. Tried to register (which includes paying Rp 160k) but never got any confirmation. What the heck happened? Why can't this be automated? And more importantly, did I get charged? If the registration is not successful, the app should be able to tell you that.
I guess this is what we get from half-baked idea and product.
Gagal
A really bad ux with the apps, not letting people to see the available seats with insufficient funds. Well im not gonna top up unless i know i can get my seat. BYE
