Machinarium 12+

I'd been yearning for a good point-and-click adventure for a while. And then I found Machinarium.

Beautiful graphics, simple controls and brilliant little puzzles to solve - what more could one want from a point-and-click game? As I play it, I'm constantly amazed at how clever the designers were in making this game. And while it's not particularly easy, it's very engaging.

Totally worth the $10 I paid for it. Awesome little gem.

Whimsical, unique game that relies entirely on beautiful graphics, actions of the cute little robot protagonist and music to tell a story. Puzzles are challenging too, and will take awhile to solve if you don't seek out the hints. Problem is every time you clear your browser cache, your saved game disappears - only reason why it's 4 stars. It's a glitch that can make things tedious - you have to copy your saved game into a separate folder and put it back into the right folder before you start to play, otherwise you'll only get the option to start a new game instead of loading a saved game.

Original story, beautifully designed and executed, not so easy to guess all the puzzles and find clues... maybe not so suited for kids, but the perfect casual point and click game for adults. Love it!
