Not Working So Well Lately
It was fine when I downloaded and used it last month but recently (perhaps after bugs were “fixed”) the issues appeared with pop-up saying “We’re currently having technical difficulties. Please try again.”. Please look into this as it was a breeze before but now it’s not very useful.
The app is clearly not working
I have never been able to login to my account. Can only login by going to their website. Please try and fix this problem asap as it’s been going on forever. Maybe the app is not compatible with iPhone???
Unbelievably horrible app
Are you guys ever going to fix this app. Every single time I try to login it will say “An expected error occured” we pay thousand of dollars for the membership and the service we get in this app is just appalling.
