The new reader-friendly layout allows users to read their favourite news on all smart phones with ease. Mathrubhumi App keeps you updated on the latest Malayalam News and English News from all over the world.
The App consists of various sections such as Latest News, Sections, Districts, Gallery and Other News, containing all news categories covered by the Newspaper. All the news stories are locally stored in your device for off-line viewing as well. The Gallery consists of Daily Cartoons, Kakadrishti - the front page cartoon, Photos and Videos streamed from Mathrubhumi servers and are updated regularly.
The various news categories covered are Top News, District news feeds from the 14 districts of Kerala, World News, India News, Kerala News, Science and Technology, Movies, Health, News Specials, Travel, Agriculture, NRI News, Books, Women's affairs, Sports, Business etc.
An easy Bookmark saving option is also provided to the user to save favourite news items on the device.

Bad response and unreadable news links
while overall looks good, the app keep throwing invalid response while accessing news links. The ads are popped up in the reading page, and only option to read whole news is by share a link and open in browser. Developers need to really put their heads on how it can be improved. App has been getting worser day by day.
Crap
I have never used any app like this in my phone before. UI looks good but there is no actions on any of the links/news content.
1. Cannot open the app from the notifications
2. cannot view any news content by clicking
3. App will be closed in most of the times while selecting any news content
Overall this app is a CRAP
Excess data consuming
This app is data hungry. Consume too much data and loading is very slow despite using a 4G. Most shocking incident is took up 2GB if data in a single day.
