This app looks like a project done out by someone who just started learning developing mobile apps, instead of a professional developer employed by a investment bank that is worth billions
As mentioned by other users, its 2021, i’m still forced to login with a password and OTP. No face id or touch id, cant even save my login details.

Inaccessible App
The TreatsSG app has been inaccessible for me over the last week. I’ve tried reinstalling the app, as advised by the CSO and it doesn’t work. There’s no other platform left to check or redeem TREATS Points. Maybank, you can do better than this. Please update your software, else how am I supposed to redeem my points?
