Full App to Lite App Migration Problem
Attempting to move over to Lite app as Maybank advises but am unable to receive the push notification despite having the option turned on in the original app. Guys, if you want us to follow your instructions, then help us to help you make the operation painless. Despite having the push and Face ID options on my device approved, I simply do not receive the notification to make the switch to Lite app and meanwhile your warning that the original app will be put out to pasture soon ominously looms. So what do you want us to do now?
Does not work at all
I have downloaded and used many apps. This literally is ranked the worst ever app created. If you read through the reviews, you will realise many people are facing the same problem, app asking you to authenticate through push notification in the app itself when you are trying to log in. How do you do so when you are not even logged in yet and is trying to do so? Does this logic even make sense? Seriously, it is like asking you to swim first before you are allowed to take classes to learn to swim. Im speechless
Unable to use secure4u
Downloaded app, went to secure4u. Log in existing account, asked to authenticate using secure4u.
Hello Developers? How do you authenticate yourself when you haven’t even logged into the app or is trying to? What about those who do not have the physical token? There is no option to even use SMS OTP to authenticate.
Do you even tested this before launching it live? Now I’m left with no banking app as you have already retired / deleted the working one.
Lite renamed to non-Lite for users that are wondering where’s the lite app that the classic app mentions.
