Ratings and Reviews
Takes too much space
This app takes too much space. I have to literally download every word from my ebook just to have a low quality version where i cannot even write down my notes properly. This app takes up even more space than Brawl Stars due to the insane amount of downloading.
In my opinion, the physical book is much more convenient.
This is feedback that you have to consider so that you can improve and adapt to the current situation. I hope ya’ll reflect on this. Thanks
Every Page Does Not Load (EDITED)
I’ve just tried to open my e-textbooks on this app — and every page does not load. I’m not sure if this is just an issue on my end, but I’ve tried everything from restarting the app to uninstalling it and retrying. Every button I press simply triggers a “loading” screen that ultimately stalls and does not allow me access to my e-textbooks. Due to me uninstalling the app to troubleshoot the issue, I have to log in to my account again — and this time, the “log in” button does not work — so I am basically locked out of my account. I have also tried to access my textbooks through the website version. I am able to log in there and see my textbooks, but cannot open them — it triggers a “unable to fetch information” screen. I noticed that the website is due to undergo maintenance at 9:15 PM today, so perhaps the site and app is down? Either way, this is a horrible error that I feel needs to be fixed quickly — hopefully through the aforementioned maintenance. Please fix this issue quickly. Thank you. Edit: I’ve just tried again, and the app now works perfectly fine — It seems it needed to trigger an “update”. Yet, I feel there still is a need to for the developers to figure out the reason that the previous issue happened — updates should be triggered on time, and not make the user wait in misery and have to keep logging in again and again to *hopefully* trigger an update/response.
Huge mistake
It’s honestly ridiculous how long this thing took to get up and running. A total of 7 minutes was wasted in my end. Buying the e-book over the physical copy is one of be biggest purchasing errors I made thus far, it’s honestly a waste of time. Especially when I was unable to access the e books when there were system updates, it causes massive inconvenience. I have to borrow the physical copy from my friend countless of times just because of how long this crappy app and its browser took to load.
