Mednefits lets you enjoy your employee benefits with ease. Locate a provider with one tap, register with one scan, and view all your transactions in one place.
Here are some features you’ll get with your Mednefits app:
Providers near you: Simply select the category of provider services you need and a list will automatically populate. You can select your favourite providers to save them in one place.
Easy registration: You will no longer need to carry various insurance ID cards with you. Registering is as simple as scanning a QR code.
Cashless payments: Pay for services at panel clinics via the Mednefits app and keep track of your benefits balance.
Claims: Snap a photo of your receipt and have a digital record of your transactions that goes directly to your company HR.

Crash
The app crashed when i tried to select an option and it revert to my main phone page. IOS user here

Super laggy interface and lousy benefits system
The app constantly crashes and is super problematic. The page is always frozen at the Home Screen and I have to close the app and re open the app every time I want to do 1 thing.
Have tried installing and reinstalling, same issue.
The app also does not allow you to search service providers by location.
Super frustrating when you’re trying to redeem at service providers. I would also overall not recommend Mednefits in general:

There is very very limited panel of doctors & specialists - no rheumatologist, no mental health professionals, 1 gynaecologist, no haematologist, no physiotherapist.
The insurance groups still have much better and extensive coverage for your employee benefits.

Can’t select claim type
After recent update, I tried to submit e-claim however I click on the select claim type. It cannot been seen on what claim type to choose. The wording is not in a proper align within my hp screen. Kindly fix the issue. Appreciate your response on above issue after rectified. Thanks
