Self-service features enjoyed by users on the BenefitsAsia web portal related to claims reimbursement, accounts statement and password management will be available on the mobile apps.

Over control without any user friendliness
Most inconvenient and stupid app I have ever downloaded as it has unnecessary strict password control. Every time you need to use the app you need to search and change password after 90 days. The PW setting also has strict requirements.
What’s the purpose of this strict control? Is there any funds on the app that a hacker can withdraw? Any credit card information? How many famous people will use this app that a hacker will be interested to sell his/her information? I am definitely not one of them but I have to live with these strict controls in order to protect a minimal population interests? Why can’t an otp function be used?
So buggy
Half of the time something will go wrong with error message to check with mercer even for simple thing like checking my account balance or checking claim history. Have installed and reinstalled the app many times since I started using BenefitsAsia in the last 12 mth. Pls fix it!!!!
So Flakey
Have re installed approximately 10 times as so glitchy. Would be very useful if it worked consistently but best to use the web version
