Description
MIDI Recorder with E.Piano simply performs record/playback as you input MIDI signals.
You can record your performance completely. As a bonus, the app includes FM E.Piano sounds.
Also there is an on-screen keyboard, you can make a note of your idea anywhere.
All features are available without subscription.
- You can toggle kinds of signals to record.
- You can select MIDI channels.
- By default the app processes signals from/to all connected MIDI ports.
- The app makes files of Standard MIDI File Format 0.
- iTunes File Sharing and iCloud are supported.
- Virtual MIDI is supported.
- Supports external MIDI keyboards.
MIDI is a standard about controlling audio devices.
You can control musical instruments with separately sold MIDI adapter for iPhone/iPad.
The internal FM synthesizer processes only note on, note off, and sustain control, and ignores the others.
Attention:
This app may sound even if the silent switch is on.

Absolutely shameless. Do you have any idea how greedy this looks like? This is static software, just charge a one off fee! Incredible.

I am not a volunteer. The prices of everything keep increased. I am shameful but I have to get money. This app doesn't use any ad network. The popup which says that give me a tip is not frequent. You can ignore the popup easily. What is wrong for that?
Excellent midi tool for my iPad
I tried this midi recording tool, and it is perfectly what I need. Record my piano play and it can even playback to my Yamaha piano. This is free! And only taking up 2MB of space. Thank you very much for making this software. It is making my piano learning so much more interesting.
Where is the retrospective midi capture?
When I am improvising something I want to retrospectively capture it. How hard it is to keep a cache of midi notes? Come on. Innovate a little will you?
