App is not available after 11:30pm. What kind of nonsense is that. Is this moneymax way of getting more money from customers who pay online instead. Which idiotic person came up with this rule for an app? If there is a cutoff time it should be for maintenance whereby most companies do it after 1am. Which nonsensical programmer or engineer did you employ that advised you as such to run your app only until 11;30pm? Also, the enets always has issues when connecting to your app and your app is always showing as processing payment but nothing happens and after that I have to logout and clear my cache and login again and try again before I can make my payment. This happens every time I try to make payment even if it links to Safari or Google for the credit payments.

This is ridiculous MoneyMax is not a customer friendly online service app,… The thing the reserve the rights to change and charge customers, However if they think it’s rightful than they MUST! have the simple business ethics to take the responsibility to inform every customer of such service updates or charges,… I wonder if the Singapore business Regulators are aware of such misuse of the system,… It’s very frustrating and disappointing,…

Wanted to renewal my pawn tickets and paying the interests however app is down whole day can’t even access. Worse once it is back to normal the interest will increase which means I have to pay more making it as if the user’s fault not paying the interest on time.
