The App Keeps Hanging! All my Time & Effort Wasted!!

Three times it has happened to me!!!! I spent like hours and hours perfecting a project and before I know it, the whole thing hangs rendering all my effort n time wasted!! Nothing can be done to salvage it! I can't even open the work in progress anymore.

So it happened the first time, I was frustrated and upset but I gave it a chance and repeated the whole project. It crashed again! I was infuriated and desperate. I wrote to the App creator for help but weeks later no response. I attempted the third time and damn it it happened again!!!! I want my money time and effort back!!
