App asks for update but not able to update?!
App keeps prompting me to update, but the update is unable to load regardless of whether I am using wifi or data.
Either a misleading app or poor staff training
This would’ve been a good app if it actually had sent a notification to tell me my order was ready, as was the instruction on the app. Stood there for almost 10 minutes to find out that my order was done and kept in the fridge 5 minutes ago. If the staff aren’t being taught the SOP to send an app notification upon the order being prepared, appreciate if the app could just tell us straight to approach the counter to ask for our orders instead.
Excellent Idea and need improvement
Makes me order more often knowing I can order to pick up though I had experience at
GWC the service staff did not see the order so I had to park longer as it was as good as no pre-order even when there is no crowd. Better if can link to Apple Pay as I need to input the credit card info every single time I order
