App accepts email login after recent app updates for bug fixes
Updated app for 1sep (cannot use NRIC login) accepts member ID but not email address as login ID, even though the login page indicates either. FYI, I have never change email address and I can receive SAFRA email notification for the change in login so it definitely not because I’m not using the right email address.
Recent 3wks ago updates for bug fixes, email works already. Hence star level up fm 2-4.

Safra’s account system is extremely poor.
I have been spending the last 20 minutes trying to fix the problem with my account. On one side, I have unlocked my account, and changed the password to one which I am very familiar with, when these inputs are received, the safra system says “Invalid User name/email.”
This is super frustrating and I am super displeased with Safra for wasting my time. I have called previously, poor service saying that I have not unlocked my account. Now I have spent almost an hour total trying to fix this issue, going back and forth. Safra, do you have an answer to this?
Invalid user ID and email not registered??
It’s been a few times I encountered that and I have wrote in where I was given a default password to log in. Even after changing my password, the minute I get logged out (automatically), I cant seem to log back in and was always prompted ‘invalid user ID’. Tried to reset password but was prompted ‘email address not registered’. It’s been a few times now and the IT guys kept telling me the system is working fine... I can’t do anything now and I’m frustrated as I need to log in in order to gain entry into the gym. Please help!!!
