NO RETURNS

Please be careful when ordering, they hike up the prices so much and include shipping fees but they do not help the consumers to get refund/returns. Sometimes the product differs in terms of quality from the image shown online, but Musinsa only allows you to return if THE SELLER admits that it is a defect. Waste of my money to buy poor quality items and waste of time spent talking to Musinsa staff to show them evidence of Low quality/ poorly sewn items. If you are going to charge a service charge by increasing each product price by $20 usd, at least provide some customer support to justify your additional charges

Worst

Worst shopping experience ever. Parcel didn’t even arrived and order was updated as delivered. Provided zero progress in investigation even after a month since my parcel was supposed to arrive and refused to refund at all. Just asked customer to wait endlessly for their so called “investigation”.

Horrendous Delivery service

Be prepared for at least 3 weeks of delivery (Minimum) when I was told that delivery would reach me in 5-7 business days. Prices isn’t exactly competitive as well.
