Can’t log in
Recently when trying to log into the game, it keeps on showing on the screen that an error has occurred. I even deleted the app and started my progress all again, but yet I got logged out just 10 minutes into my new account. This might’ve happened because there is a new update, so I hope this problem will be fixed soon.
Implement a better Gacha system
The game overall is an amazing experience and there’s many different characters with a variety of different forms which can create countless team combinations.
The splash art and ultimate animations are spectacular and awesome to look at. The auto system also makes the game way more easier to farm because I can be doing something else while the game runs. I love the updates the game has in corresponds to any new games in the future like the recent event “MHA Ultimate Brawl”.
The reason why I didn’t rate the game 5 stars was due to the Gacha system. It is very difficult to get a 5 star and the gems are harder to earn because the only ways to gain gems are through the V.E tower and daily missions after the whole story has been completed. There should be another way to earn more gems in order to roll more on the Gacha.
The new banners have a 1.5X increase chance for UR to be chosen which helps the rates. Maybe this can be a permanent future in the next events.
The club battle event is also very good for earning gems and I had a lot of fun fighting for my own club and battling it out with other clubs for the rankings.

Why did y’all have to do MHA dirty like this? Don’t get me wrong the game is amazing, from the graphics, animations, character design and gameplay, etc.
The banner rates though, it’s horrendous. For starters, 2% for UR… that’s unheard of. Example the latest WHM banner: 2% UR overall, 0.233% for the featured URs each with a total of about 0.7% for 3 of them and the rest are filled with 0.04% with more than 30 other characters in the banner.
Please BanCo/MHUI team, fix the rates. I’ve please many games from y’all one for example like SAOUB has a 4 Star drop rate of 3%, main pick up 4 Star of 1.5% and some a 0.2% pick up for sides with a 1% in total and the rest are just 0.004%. You see where i’m coming from? At least either make the rates higher or give use more diamonds since it’s so scarce after you’ve completed the whole story mode.
If y’all really want to improve the game y’all should take some notes from Netmarble’s 7DS Grand Cross, a truly free to play game that take notes from the player base.
I’m sure once the rates are improved and y’all start being generous with the diamonds this game will really thrive since the MHA IP is so popular. Please don’t be like EA an ruin popular IPs. Thank you.
